| Morning Stretch | Begin your day with friends from the community who practice yoga stretch not only stretching the body but also expanding the spirit. Instructor:
Dannille Bennett has studied Ashtanga and Iyengar Yoga and
teaches Vini Yoga, a form of Hatha Yoga which links the breath with
movement in order to bring the physical, mental/emotional, and
spiritual aspects to one pointed focus. Its benefits are over-all deep
relaxation as well as strengthening and flexibility.
When: Each Monday from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m.
Tuition:
$35 for five classes or $70
for ten classes
Register: Call 368-6227 or just show up at class time. Drop-ins welcome: $10/class
Bring: A mat (a few mats are available for use); wear comfortable clothing allowing freedom of movement.
