allows access to emotions, memories, and dreams buried in the busy
lives we lead, but waiting to be released to allow healing and
progress. A HEArt workshop gently eases you into the art
making
process, then opens up the space to access unfinished business and
allow healing to begin. In a safe environment, join us to paint your

I have been a student of astrology, and an astrological consultant for over 30 years. I have found that myth, personal narrative, and archetypal symbols can help each individual find his/her place in a universe that would be otherwise incomprehensible if we fail to understand its cycles and powerful forces. | email 505-368-4248 |

Scott Smith, MD Rolling Wave Biofeedback |
Biofeedback has been shown to be an effective intervention for migraine, mild hypertension, chronic pain and stress-related symptoms. Increasing evidence suggests it may also reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. After 25 years of hospital-based biofeedback practice, Dr. Smith now provides individualized training designed to promote optimal health. Training sessions utilize very sensitive electronic monitoring of muscles, temperature, sweat, breathing, heartbeat, and brain waves. Biofeedback displays allow much greater awareness of subtle bodily states and facilitate learning of self-control techniques. | email 503 / 368-4883 |

Einstein's E=mc2 says that all matter is energy...we are energy. The Reiki practitioner is a conduit for universal life energy. Loving Reiki energy seeks out imbalances and helps remove obstacles on all levels. A Reiki treatment is very relaxing, comforting, centering and nurturing. Many people fall asleep and begin to release fear, tension and stress. The recipient remains fully clothed on a comfortable massage table. My sessions generally run a little over an hour. The experience of a Reiki treatment is usually a deep feeling of well being and comfort. | email 503-368-LIFE (5433) |

| Judy Hathaway, LMT
lic#6481 Acutonics |
Acutonics
uses tuning forks tuned to the sounds of the cosmos - the music of the
spheres - to balance the energy meridians of the body. These
are the same meridians of Traditional Chiinese Medicine. So,
instead of stimulating the points with needles or finger pressure, we
use the vibrations of cosmic sound. Because these tones are
frequencies found in the cosmos, our bodies respond to them
automatically and joyously!
Used alone or integrated with Swedish-style massage, Acutonics treatment can produce profound healing results in releasing taut muscles, restoring vitality, strengthening the immune system , as well as inducing deep relaxation. |

Lane deMoll, website |
I have been using Tarot cards for myself and with others for 10 years as a means of tuning in to get a sense of what is going on in our personal climate. This is not fortune telling but, rather, a way of using visual images to intuit what the Higher Self can tell us about this moment in time and how we might move forward with our lives. I have a variety of decks to choose from. Sessions are usually an hour and a half and cost $50. | email 503-368-6294 |

Our bodies are resilient, and respond to most of our needs. Repetitive motion over an extended period of time changes our body posture, compromises our breath, increases spinal problems such as osteoperosis, and kyphosis( rounding of upper spine) Structural yoga teaches you about your bodies needs. Using a gentle joint freeing series, and specific postures; joint stiffnes, weak muscles and poor posture can be transformed! Increase your energy, through your breath and better posture,. Change how you move in the world with greater joint flexibility and more muscle strength . | email 503-812-1033 |

Hamic |
Once a trained ballerina,
a career ending injury led me to physical therapy and yoga. Having
practiced classical Hatha Yoga as well as Vinyasa and Iyengar, for six
years, I have developed a class that blends these styles. My main focus
is on fluid movements and deep focus on the duality of strength and
stretch. Also focus on the breath as the life giving energy that it is, as well as the key to opening up the body, mind, and spirit. Level II and starting in January, Level II-III. Level II-III will be a class on taking your practice to the next level of body/mind/breath awareness. This class will focus on postures covered in the level II class as well as deeper variations and new postures, including inversions, balance postures and arm balances. Students should arrive with a good knowledge of asanas and should feel very comfortable in the level II class. Each class ends with a guided relaxation, meditation, and chant. |
